In addition to the main attractions, the pass provides entry to other sites such as the Veletržní (Trade Fair) Palace, the Old Royal Palace, and the Stenberg Palace, along with discounts at over 80 attractions, shops, and restaurants throughout the city.
How Does It Work?
Upon making a reservation, you will receive an email containing access codes to download the mobile application. This app allows you to access your card in English. Please note that modifications to the time, date, or names are not permitted after you have received the card download code.
The validity of the card starts from the first usage. You can utilize it for the selected duration of 2, 3, or 4 days. Each day finishes at 11:59 PM, regardless of the time of your first scan. It’s advisable to use your card early in the day to maximize its benefits. The card grants one free entry to each attraction.

Important information
A few hours after booking, we'll send you an email with the access codes with which you'll be able to activate the card. In the meantime, you can download the Prague CoolPass mobile app from the AppStore or GooglePlay.
The email with the keys and information on how to activate the card will arrive within 24 hours. If you do not receive it within 48 hours, we recommend contacting us.
If you request several mobile passes, you'll be given two options: download them all on one mobile or download them on separate mobiles. To download them all at once, you must use the reference number of your Civitatis order. If you wish to download them one at a time, you can use the individual access codes that will be listed in the second email.
Local holidays may affect the openings of some of the attractions included in the card. Holiday closures will not be grounds for a partial or full refund of the card price.
Please note that changing the time, day, or names is not allowed after the card download code has been issued.
