The scenic tram in Prague operates a circular route in a single direction, featuring a total of 26 stops along Line 42, taking you from the era of the Austro-Hungarian Empire through the 1970s.
As you travel on this charming historic tram, you will pass iconic landmarks of the city, such as Prague Castle and the renowned Charles Bridge, which spans the Vltava River. Feel free to begin your adventure at any designated stop along the route.

How It Works
The ticket you purchase is valid for 24 hours from its initial use. During this period, feel free to get on and off the tram as often as you like. For instance, if you board the tram on a Tuesday at 1 pm, your ticket will remain valid until Wednesday at 1 pm.
When booking, you need to select the date you intend to use your ticket. On the day of your excursion, simply present your ticket to the staff onboard tram 42.
Schedule & Frequency
The Prague Sightseeing tram operates daily between 9:30 am and 5:30 pm (with the first departure from the Dlaba?ov stop). Please be aware that the tram pauses for 30 minutes at this location after completing the circuit.

The tram makes stops at Nám?stí Republiky at the following intervals: 9:48 am, 10:18 am, 10:48 am, 11:18 am, 11:48 am, 12:18 pm, 12:48 pm, 1:18 pm, 1:48 pm, 2:18 pm, 2:48 pm, 3:18 pm, 3:48 pm, 4:18 pm, 4:48 pm, 5:18 pm, and 5:48 pm.
