Gather at our meeting point located at Lípová 1650/8, where we’ll kick off this enjoyable gastronomic journey. Are you ready to dive in?

Your culinary guide will start with an enlightening introduction to the trdelník, often referred to as chimney cake. Following a brief demonstration, you'll be all set to don an apron and begin crafting your own version from the very beginning.

Throughout the session, you will discover how to knead the dough, shape it into strips, and wrap it around a classic wooden spit. After being brushed with butter and sugar, your creation will be placed in a rotating oven until it achieves a beautifully golden and crispy exterior.

Once it’s baked to perfection and still warm, you can personalize your treat with your choice of delightful toppings: whether it’s cinnamon sugar, vanilla, nuts, or coconut. Enjoy your freshly made trdelník paired with a hot beverage of your choice, either coffee or tea.
