Your day will kick off with a visit to an organic cocoa farm, where you'll discover the intricate process behind crafting delightful chocolate. The knowledgeable staff will guide you through each stage, from planting the cocoa bean to savoring the finished product. As a highlight, you'll sample chocolate crafted in the style of the ancient Mayans.

Subsequently, we will head to a local market to gather fresh ingredients for our upcoming cooking class. Here, you will have the opportunity to learn to prepare iconic Mexican dishes, such as mole, tortillas, and various sauces.

Upon completing our cooking class, we will enjoy the fruits of our labor during lunch. Each dish will be paired with a refreshing beer. To cap off the meal, we’ll indulge in a delightful tasting of tequila and mezcal.
