Description

The Cathedral of the Holy Trinity, Château Frontenac, and Place Royale are just a few highlights. Join us on this complimentary walking tour through Quebec, where we’ll unveil the city’s most iconic landmarks, nestled in the heart of the French-speaking region of Canada.

Tour Overview

We will commence our complimentary tour of Quebec at the Sir George-Étienne Cartier Monument within Montmorency Park National Historic Site. Are you ready to uncover the capital of Quebec?

Our first stop will be the Place d'Armes, where we’ll take a moment to enjoy the central fountain adorned with a monument dedicated to faith. A short walk from here leads us to the Cathedral of the Holy Trinity, recognized as the first Anglican church outside the British Isles, inaugurated in 1804 and a cherished landmark ever since.

As we proceed, we’ll arrive at the renowned Château Frontenac. This esteemed hotel, which opened its doors in 1893, stands as a primary emblem of the city. Its architectural design is reminiscent of the Châteaux of the Loire Valley. Ever wondered why? We’ll explore that!

Next, we’ll stroll through the charming alleys of Old Quebec, the historic heart of the city. Did you know this area is recognized as a World Heritage Site? Positioned along the banks of the St. Lawrence River, you’ll encounter lovely squares, including the Place Royal, perfect for appreciating the Notre-Dame-des-Victoires Church.

To wrap up our journey, we will return to the initial meeting point after roughly 3 hours of exploration.
