Your adventure begins early in the morning, precisely at 5 am, when we will collect you from your accommodation in Quito. We will then embark on our journey towards Baeza, a town nestled in the Amazon that serves as our first destination. Here, you can enjoy a traditional breakfast while soaking in the stunning panoramic views of the lush tropical rainforest.

With energy replenished, we will proceed on foot to one of the highlights of the trip: the enchanting waterfall within Cayambe Coca National Park. Towering at an impressive height of 50 meters, the striking beauty of this waterfall against the surrounding landscape is sure to captivate you!

Following our exploration of the waterfall, we will visit the viewpoint at the Coca Codo Sinclair hydroelectric facility. En route to the Tayos Caves, we will also take a break for a traditional Amazonian lunch at a location boasting exceptional views of Ecuador's jungle.

Once we've enjoyed our meal, we’ll take a leisurely trek through various streams leading us to the renowned Cueva de los Tayos (Tayos Caves). This stunning natural structure is not only a visual marvel but also serves as a habitat for the tayos, a species of bird native to this region that you may encounter as we navigate through the cave's many chambers.

After a day of exploring the captivating landscapes of the Ecuadorian Amazon, we will begin our return journey, expecting to arrive back at your hotels around 8 pm.
