Sete Cidades Buggy Tour

Immerse yourself in the beauty of the renowned lagoons of São Miguel! This buggy adventure through Sete Cidades promises stunning vistas as we explore some of the Azores' most captivating locations.

Activity Overview

We will gather at 1D on Rua Nossa Senhora das Candeias at the scheduled time. This site, located merely 10 minutes from Rabo de Peixe on the island of São Miguel, is where we will review essential safety guidelines and equip ourselves with the necessary gear.

Once ready, we will set out on a thrilling buggy expedition across one of the most scenic regions of the Azores' largest island. Our path will navigate through both paved and unpaved roads, allowing us to experience the island's most breathtaking and untamed landscapes.

We will head west towards Sete Cidades, making our first stop at the remarkable Muro das Nove Janelas, a 19th-century construction harmoniously blended with its surroundings. Following this, our journey will take us to Pico da Cruz, where spectacular vistas of the Sete Cidades lagoons: Azul, Verde, and Santiago await.

As we progress, the striking panoramic views from the Miradouro das Cumeeiras will leave you enchanted. After soaking in these magnificent sights, we will descend into the heart of Sete Cidades for an up-close encounter with its iconic lagoons. Prepare to be amazed!

As our adventure wraps up, we will depart from Sete Cidades and head back. On our return, we’ll enjoy a short break at the natural pools of Poços de São Vicente. We will conclude this 3.5-hour activity upon arriving back at the meeting point.

Important Information

• To operate the buggy, participants must be over 18 years old and hold a type B driver's license.
• We provide both 2-seater and 4-seater buggies. You may select depending on your group size, though please note that the listed prices are per person, not per vehicle.
• Children aged 7-12 must be accompanied by an adult.
