Activity Details

We'll convene at the Rabo de Peixe port at the scheduled time. After a short introduction, we'll board our vessel and commence this sunset boat journey along São Miguel’s picturesque northern coastline. Let’s begin our adventure!

In the initial phase of our route, enjoy captivating views of Ribeira Grande, renowned for its serene beaches and tranquil ambiance. From the boat, gaze at the striking contrast between the lush landscapes of the island and the deep azure of the Atlantic.

As we proceed, we’ll navigate towards the majestic cliffs of Ponta do Cintrão and Ponta do Ermo, shaped over centuries by the relentless waves. This region is part of the Fogo Volcanic Complex, where you’ll encounter natural caves and observe seabirds nesting on the cliffs—a true marvel of nature!

Our journey will take us to the historic Port of Santa Iria. Should the sea conditions permit, we will pause to enjoy a swim in the crystal-clear waters and take a moment to unwind. During this interlude, you can savor rosé wine, tea, or water, accompanied by biscuits crafted from local ingredients as you watch the sun set over the ocean.
