Surf Lesson at Double Island Point

We begin our adventure around 6 am on Rainbow Beach Road, where we'll board a 4x4 vehicle for a scenic journey along the stunning Australian coastline. As we drive down the Great Beach Drive, prepare to be awed by the beautiful hues of Rainbow Beach.

Our route will take us into the depths of the Great Sandy National Park, where we will finally arrive at Double Island Point, a true surfer's haven. Here, we’ll collect our surfboards and start by mastering the fundamentals of surfing safely on the sand.

Once we feel confident, it's time to hit the waves and catch some authentic surf. This location is celebrated for being home to the longest wave in Australia! After perfecting our take-offs and bottom turns to our heart's content, we’ll relax and unwind on the soft, golden sands of the beach.

Concluding our extraordinary surfing experience in one of the top surf destinations globally, we will return to our starting point in the 4x4.
