Activity Overview

At the appointed time, our team will meet you at your accommodation in Recife and escort you to the boarding area. After settling onto the catamaran, your 2-hour journey along the Capibaribe River, the pride of Pernambuco, will commence.

The cruise will kick off in the Pina basin, where you can soak in the nautical charm of Brasília Teimosa, the region's oldest fishing community. From your vantage point, the views of Francisco Brennand's Sculpture Park will be breathtaking. We’ll pause here to allow you to admire the monumental artworks by the renowned artist that adorn the port entrance.

Next, we will navigate towards Marco Zero, the city’s historical birthplace, where the architectural wonders will astonish you from the water. An especially memorable part of the excursion will involve passing beneath the centuries-old bridges of downtown Recife. According to local lore, when you glide under these structures, you can make a wish for it to be granted by the waters of the Capibaribe. Will you take the chance?

As we continue, your catamaran will glide past the expansive mangroves, vital for the city's ecosystem, and we’ll reach the juncture with the Beberibe River, conveniently situated behind the Campo de las Princesas Palace.

After a wonderful two hours on the water, we will return to the pier and arrange for your transport back to your hotel.

• Sunset Tour: This experience allows you to drift along the Capibaribe River as the city is bathed in the warm hues of sunset, starting at 3 pm.
• Night Tour: On this excursion, you’ll witness Recife’s monuments aglow in the night, with departures commencing at 7 pm.
