Day Trip to Kemeri National Park and Jürmala

Our adventure begins at a designated location on Gr?cinieku iela, number 18. After gathering, we'll set off to explore the charming coastal town of Jürmala, conveniently located by the Gulf of Riga.

Following a brief journey of approximately 40 minutes, we'll arrive in a unique town recognized for its contemporary wooden villas that line the seashore. An interesting fact: this area is home to some of the most prominent sanatoriums from the Soviet era.

Our next stop will be Kemeri, a historic spa town from the Soviet period. Here, we’ll encounter notable landmarks such as the Water Tower and the Sulfur Well.

Our final destination will be the expansive Kemeri National Park, which ranks as the third-largest park in Latvia. We will have the opportunity to navigate through wooden pathways, soaking in the breathtaking swamp terrains adorned with lush greenery.

After an enriching experience, we will head back to Riga, concluding our journey approximately 5 hours later at the initial meeting point.
