Why Visit National Motorcycle Museum?
Located in the charming city of Rimini, the National Motorcycle Museum opened its doors in 1993 to offer a unique journey through the evolution of motorcycles, from their beginnings in the 19th century to the most avant-garde models of the 21st century. A real journey back in time!
The museum is divided into sections covering everything from the pioneers of motorcycles, through the interwar period, the post-war years, the 1970s, to motorcycles designed in Rimini.
More than 250 motorcycles from 55 different brands are on display in its rooms, organised thematically and chronologically. Each model tells a part of the history of this iconic vehicle, with some of the most curious examples, unique prototypes and motorcycles that marked a before and after both on the road and on the racetrack.
During your visit, you can admire real gems such as the 1924 Frera SS 4V, the impressive 1140 cc twin-cylinder Frera and the 1937 Moto Guzzi 500 GTV, which belonged to none other than the artist Antonio Ligabue.
In addition, the museum exhibits Grand Prix competition models, sidecars, scooters and legendary motorcycles from brands such as Ducati, Harley Davidson, Triumph, Benelli, Norton, MV Agusta and Moto Guzzi. You're going to fall in love!
