Visitors with disabilities can obtain their pass at no cost. Simply ask for it at the Ronda municipal tourism office upon your arrival.

You'll be able to pick up your tourist pass from the Ronda Municipal Tourist Office (Paseo Blas Infante, next to the Bullring) during the following opening hours:
- Monday to Saturday: 10 am to 6 pm
- Sundays and holidays: 10 am to 3 pm

- December 31: from 10 am to 2:30 pm
The office is closed on January 1 and 6, and December 25.
