Tour Overview 

At the designated hour, we'll meet you either at the cruise terminal or at your accommodation in Roseau, commencing an excursion to unveil the unspoiled allure of Dominica. Are you ready to experience the essence of this island? Let’s embark!

We will begin our adventure at the Roseau Botanical Gardens, which is recognized as a key highlight in the capital. Once we arrive, prepare to be captivated by a rich variety of tropical flora.

As we navigate through the gardens, you will gain insights into the diverse plant species on display and the vibrant environment surrounding them. You'll also encounter numerous bird species and witness the remnants of a bus that was crushed by a massive tree during Hurricane David in 1979, marking a significant event in Dominica’s history.

Subsequently, we will leave the botanical wonder and continue our journey to the picturesque Central Reserve. Here, we’ll embark on a scenic tour to uncover the island's stunning vegetation and its unique cloud forest. As we delve deeper into this remarkable locale, be on the lookout for rare wildlife, including the Sisserou parrot, the national bird of Dominica. This route will lead us to discover one of the hidden gems of the tropical rainforest: Emerald Pool.

This enchanting pool, formed by cascading waterfalls originating from a grotto, presents a captivating sight with its brilliant emerald waters, illuminated by sunlight filtering through the lush jungle canopy. We’ll take a leisurely stroll around the pool, and if you desire, dive in for a refreshing swim – the perfect rejuvenating pause!

Following this experience, we'll make our way to the Layou River for an exhilarating adventure. Are you interested in tubing? If so, you can hop on an inflatable tube and glide down the river, enjoying the beautiful surroundings of western Dominica.

Upon concluding our tubing escapade, we will return to shoreline and venture into Roseau for a taste of daily life in Dominica. Here, you can immerse yourself in the island's rich culture and culinary delights. You'll also have some free time to grab a bite at a local restaurant.

Once you’ve replenished your energy, we’ll take you to a nearby beach in Roseau, allowing you to relax and soak in the beauty of the Caribbean Sea for three hours. It's your time to relax and rejuvenate!

Finally, we will return to the original meeting point, wrapping up our tour after approximately 5 hours.
