We will collect you from your accommodation in Salta at the scheduled time and begin our journey south towards Lerma Valley. This area is recognized as one of the country’s top tobacco growing regions.

Throughout our exploration, we will drive through the vibrant tobacco farms situated in the villages of Lerma Valley. Key towns such as Cerrillos, Rosario de Lerma, El Carril, and Coronel Moldes are particularly remarkable for their scenic beauty, perfect for capturing memorable photos!

In these localities, we’ll delve into the history and methods of tobacco cultivation, including the evolution of practices over time. You'll learn about the most notable tobacco varieties produced in this region. Our route will then take us further into Lerma Valley, leading to the famous Cabra Corral reservoir.

You will enjoy an hour of leisure for lunch beside the reservoir. Following your meal, we will visit Finca Santa Anita, where you’ll gain insights into its agricultural and livestock operations. At this estate, there will also be an opportunity to explore an archaeological collection and the first Tobacco Museum established in Argentina.

After our enriching visit to the museum, we will make our way back to your hotel in Salta, completing the tour approximately 8 hours after our initial pickup.
