Private Tour of Bandia Reserve
We will begin by picking you up at your hotel in Saly and then drive directly north towards the Bandia Reserve. On our way, we'll traverse through an enchanting forest filled with baobab trees, indigenous to Africa. After approximately two hours of travel, we will arrive at the Bandia Nature Reserve, a breathtaking conservation area that is home to diverse wildlife native to the region.
Your adventure will continue as we navigate through major sections of the reserve in an off-road vehicle. As we journey, you'll have the chance to observe incredible animals such as buffaloes, zebras, giraffes, rhinos, and more, all roaming freely in their natural environment.
Throughout this safari in Bandia, you'll be able to take stunning photographs of your favorite animals from a safe distance, creating lasting memories of this remarkable experience. After the tour, we will return to your hotel in Saly.

For those interested, there's an option to book a combined tour that includes both the Bandia Reserve and Lac Rose. In addition to exploring the nature reserve, you will also marvel at the breathtaking Lac Rose (Pink Lake), one of Senegal's most notable natural attractions.

Fees not included in the Trip
The trip does not include the entry fee for the Bandia Reserve, which costs €19 ($21 approx.) per person. Once in the reserve, the only way to explore the area is via an all-terrain jeep tour which is not included in the trip. The jeep tour costs €62 euros ($70 approx.) per person.
Guide specialized in wildlife
This trip includes an English speaking guide, both for the journey from Saly and during the all-terrain jeep tour around Bandia Nature Reserve. Nevertheless, for those that prefer to learn about the animals in greater detail have the option to contract a tour guide specialized in the local wildlife (€10 / $11 per person) when they arrive at the reserve.
Hiring the specialist wildlife guide is optional and not obligatory.
