Mozart Concert
Your evening begins within the majestic walls of the Hohensalzburg Castle, a structure that has stood for over nine centuries, as it hosts a memorable concert celebrating the works of Mozart. Revel in the remarkable melodies played by the orchestra in the unique setting of the castle. Concerts take place in the Arms Hall from January through April and on select dates in November, shifting to the Golden Hall from May to October, with performances also offered in the Castle Hall from November 20 to December 31. The enchanting atmosphere of these historical venues enhances your musical journey.
To reach the Hohensalzburg Castle, simply present your concert ticket at the ticket office located at the fortress funicular station, which will transport you to the concert location.

Enhance your evening with an optional romantic dinner at the Panorama Fortress, renowned for offering one of the finest views over Salzburg and its picturesque landscapes.

- Concert only: Begins at 8 pm from September 1 to April 30; 8:30 pm from May 1 to August 31.
- Dinner and concert: When the concert starts at 8 pm, dinner will be served at 6 pm from September 1 to April 30; if the concert commences at 8:30 pm, dining is scheduled for 6:30 pm from May 1 to August 31.
- The funicular ride is included and available 30 minutes before dinner or 1 hour prior to the concert.

Where Is the Concert?
The concert will take place at Hohensalzburg Fortress (https://maps.app.goo.gl/w89dDL5U7VyFKg9j6), located at Festung Hohensalzburg, Mönchsberg 34.
How To Get to the Concert Venue?
Hohensalzburg Fortress is located in the heart of the Old Town, within the pedestrian zone. It cannot be accessed directly by car.
Most hotels in the city are a 10–15-minute walk from the fortress. Therefore, it's generally recommended not to travel by car if you're staying in a hotel in the city.

If you decide to travel by car: we recommend the Old Town Garage, Hildmannplatz 1, entrance B. Once inside the car park, follow the signs for FESTUNG/DOM (FORT/CATHEDRAL). The walk to the funicular takes approximately 10 minutes. After leaving the car park, cross the Toscanini Courtyard and turn right towards the Cathedral. Before reaching the Cathedral, you'll see Hohensalzburg Fortress on the Mönchsberg hill to your right. Cross Kapitelplatz, which leads to Festungsgasse. Validate your parking ticket at the ticket office opposite the concert hall. You can park there at a reduced rate.
The best way to get up to the fortress is to take advantage of the free return trip on the funicular by presenting this booking voucher at the ticket office 30 minutes before the scheduled time. - Concert only: 8 pm from September 1 to April 30; 8:30 pm from May 1 to August 31.
- Dinner and concert: when the concert begins at 8 pm, dinner is at 6 pm from September 1 to April 30; when the concert is at 8:30 pm, dinner is at 6:30 pm from May 1 to August 31.
- The funicular is included 30 minutes before dinner begins or 1 hour before the concert.
