Public transport
This card grants you unrestricted access to all forms of public transport in the city, including the metro, buses, and trams.

Validity
The card is activated upon first use and is valid for the specified number of days purchased (24, 48, or 72 hours). Each attraction can be visited once with the card.

Mozartplatz Tourist Information Centre
The operating hours for this center are as follows:
- January to March: Monday to Saturday from 9 am to 6 pm
- April to September: Daily from 9 am to 6 pm
- October to November 19th: Monday to Saturday from 9 am to 6 pm
- November 20th to December (except Christmas): Daily from 9 am to 6 pm
Here are the special hours for the holiday season:
- December 24th: from 9 am to 2 pm
- December 25th: from 10 am to 5 pm
- December 31st: from 9 am to 4:30 pm
- January 1st: from 10 am to 5 pm
Salzburg Hauptbahnhof Train Station Tourist Information Point
This point operates at the following times:
- January to May: Daily from 9 am to 6 pm
- June to September: Daily from 8:30 am to 6 pm
- October to December (excluding Christmas): Daily from 9 am to 6 pm
Note that all timings are flexible and may vary.
Validity and collection days: When booking, you must select a specific date, but you are free to collect your card on another day. Additionally, the card’s validity can begin on a day of your choosing, not necessarily on the collection date.

When you're ready, please collect your Salzburg Card from one of the following tourist offices:
Mozartplatz Tourist Information Centre
This centre is open at the following times:
- January to March: Monday to Saturday from 9 am to 6 pm
- April to September: Monday to Sunday from 9 am to 6 pm
- October to November 19th: Monday to Saturday from 9 am to 6:00 pm
- November 20th to December (except Christmas): Monday to Sunday from 9 am to 6 pm
These are the Christmas opening hours:
- December 24th: from 9 am to 2 pm
- December 25th: from 10 am to 5 pm
- December 31st: from 9 am to 4:30 pm
- January 1st: from 10 am to 5 pm

Validity and collection day: although you must mark a specific day when booking, you can collect your card on any other day. Likewise, the validity period of the card can start whenever you choose and doesn't have to be on the day of collection.
Public holidays may affect the opening hours of some of the attractions included on the card. Closings due to public holidays will not constitute a partial or total refund of the card price. Nor will any partial or total refund be made in the event that an attraction closes for the winter or for maintenance.
