The narrative of the San Antonio River Walk is rich and engaging. Initially constructed for flood management, this area has evolved into a vibrant cultural center, earning its reputation as a distinctive locale within San Antonio.

Setting off from La Villita, the city’s inaugural neighborhood, you will drift down the river, passing significant landmarks such as the Old Mill Crossing, a site famously traversed by President Teddy Roosevelt and his Rough Riders.

Your journey continues as you glide beneath Selena's Bridge, named to honor the beloved Tejano musician whose influence on San Antonio is well-remembered. Subsequently, you will float alongside the Hyatt Regency Hotel, designed at a particular height to ensure it does not overshadow the Alamo during sunset.

As you navigate through this scenic route, be sure to take note of the Briscoe Western Art Museum, an establishment dedicated to preserving the cultural narrative of the American West. The guided cruise operates daily from 10 am to 10 pm, with departures occurring roughly every 15-20 minutes. Tickets purchased are not bound to a specific location, date, or time, allowing you the freedom to embark at your leisure from any of the three following stops:
