• Standard Ticket + Tasting Menu: This ticket provides a seat in the general area along with a delightful tasting menu served during the performance.
• VIP Ticket + Tasting Menu: For a more exclusive affair, choose this option for priority seating right in front of the stage, in addition to a sampling menu.

Tasting Menu

The tasting menu has been thoughtfully curated by the Canarian chef Andrés Rodríguezand encompasses four distinct offerings:

• Aperitif: Select from options such as a spirulina and plantain shot, Gran Canaria cheese with seasonal fruit jam and almagrote, pork crackling paired with sweet potato purée, grilled octopus complemented by avocado mojo, Ferrero-inspired black pudding from Teror with almonds, or the traditional cornmeal 'pan de puño'.
• Essentials of Creation: Features Atlantic seabass tiradito served with aguachile in mojo picón, black olive soil, and cilantro notes.
• Colonisation: Offers pressed Canarian pork cooked in its own juices, served with toasted cornmeal and wrinkled potatoes with green mojo.
• Origins: A sweet finish with goat's cheese pannacotta complemented by toffee and gofio crumble, topped with mini Indian fig meringues.
