Your journey begins at the Al Grano cafeteria, where an experienced chef will introduce you to the culinary heritage of this Mexican region. We will delve into the ingredients and techniques that harmoniously merge two vibrant gastronomic cultures: pre-Hispanic and Spanish.

During the class, you'll discover how to prepare a variety of dishes using elements from ancient Mayan, colonial, and modern recipes. Expect to create delightful offerings such as bread soup, tacos coletos, chalupas, chanfaina, and a delectable banana cake, among others.

At the conclusion of the session, enjoy tasting the dishes you've crafted. Exquisite!

Menu 1 (available on Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Sunday):

• Starter: Chalupas
• Soup: Bread soup

Menu 2 (available on Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday):

• Starter: Tacos coletos
• Soup: Dripping soup
• Main course: Chicken in wine
• Dessert: Banana cake
