Operational Details

Upon purchasing the San Diego Essentials Pass, you gain entry to one theme park and two further attractions. Remember that admittance to each attraction is valid only once.

The card has a 30-day validity period starting from the moment of its activation, which occurs when you use it for the first time at any attraction.

Children Under 3

For children below the age of three, most attractions allow free entry. It is advisable to verify details on the respective attraction websites for accurate information.

Important information

This booking confirmation is not a ticket and cannot be redeemed for physical tickets or used to access the tourist attractions.

In your confirmation email, you'll find an attached PDF. You should check that the file has the purchased tickets with a QR code for each user. If you do not receive the PDF, you can contact us on our web form.

Downloading the electronic ticket will not activate it. To use your tourist card, you'll need to present the QR code that appeared on your printed or electronic tickets at the entrance of the attractions:

Printed ticket: you can download and print the PDF with the passes and the city guide
Electronic ticket: you need to save the PDF on your phone so you can easily open it and display it on your mobile device to access the attractions

The Go City San Diego Essentials Pass allows access to each attraction once.

Local holidays may affect the opening times of some of the attractions included in the card. Closures due to holidays will not be grounds for a partial or total refund of the card price.

The Go City card has a validity of 30 days from the moment it's activated.
