The adventure begins at the San Francisco Port, where we'll distribute bikes and essential safety gear for a leisurely exploration.

Your journey will kick off in the port vicinity, allowing us to appreciate the Aquatic Park and the Fort Mason military base. From here, we'll pedal to the vibrant Marina district, renowned for its lively bars and eateries, boasting a unique perspective of both the Golden Gate Bridge and Alcatraz Island.

Continuing our ride, we’ll approach the magnificent Golden Gate Bridge, a hallmark of San Francisco that spans nearly 3 kilometers (2 miles) and connects the city to Marin County. It’s fascinating to think that prior to its construction, crossing the bay was only feasible via ferry.

After cycling for 13 kilometers (8 miles), we’ll reach Sausalito, a charming fishing village celebrated for its floating houses and attracting famous figures who choose this locale for their vacation retreats.

The tour concludes in Sausalito, where you can return to San Francisco at your leisure by ferry.

Electric Bike Option

If you prefer a different experience, consider the electric bike tour of San Francisco. We’ll meet at the same location as earlier, beginning the ride near the Fisherman's Wharf Water Park.

This route will take you across the iconic Golden Gate Bridge, where you can soak in breathtaking views of the San Francisco Bay and its surroundings.

After a three-hour ride, the electric bike tour will also conclude in Sausalito.

Journey Back to San Francisco
