Gozo & Comino Islands Schooner Adventure

At the scheduled time, you will be collected from your accommodation on Malta and trasladado to the Sliema port. Here, your maritime adventure begins aboard the Fernandes gulet—a traditional sailing vessel designed for comfortable cruising on the Mediterranean.

Once you are welcomed on deck, we will navigate along the northern shores of Malta. Departing from this largest island in the archipelago, we will make our way to Gozo, where we will pause for 90 minutes in a quiet bay, giving you the chance to enjoy a revitalizing swim.

Continuing our scenic voyage, we will head toward the Blue Lagoon on Comino Island. This picturesque spot will be yours to revel in for an hour and a half, perfect for swimming, snorkeling, and capturing stunning photographs of the breathtaking surroundings.

As noon approaches, we will return to the gulet for a delightful lunch served on board. The meal consists of a buffet featuring a variety of warm and cold dishes prepared by the crew. Additionally, throughout the cruise, you will enjoy an open bar offering beer, wine, soft drinks, and water.

After lunch, unwind on the deck as we journey back from Comino Island to Malta. During this relaxing passage, a selection of fresh fruit will be available, enhancing your experience as we cruise back to Sliema port. Upon arrival, transportation will be provided to return you to your hotel after approximately 7.5 hours.

This tour offers pickup from major hotels located on Malta. If your accommodation is situated in an area that is not easily accessible, you will receive an email with the closest pickup location.

Possible Changes to the Itinerary

It’s important to keep in mind that visiting the Blue Lagoon is not always guaranteed. On busy days, access may be restricted to protect the area’s natural beauty.

In case of adverse weather conditions or other issues deemed significant by the captain, the stop at Gozo may be canceled. In such cases, the vessel will proceed to the Mellieha region instead.

Blue Lagoon Access

Starting May 1, 2025, if you wish to disembark at the Blue Lagoon of Comino, a reservation for free entry via the government website will be necessary (www.blcomino.com) for morning visits. Without this reservation, access to the lagoon will not be permitted. If you prefer swimming in the lagoon or staying on the boat, this ticket is not required.
