Upon booking, you can select from the following three experiences:
Tour without Lunch + Standard Tasting (3 hours)
Nestled just outside of San Miguel del Morro, the Dos Hemisferios Winery is a prominent destination for wine enthusiasts in southern Ecuador. The tour begins at the winery’s main entrance at the scheduled time.
Your exploration starts in the vineyards, where you'll learn about the various grape varieties cultivated in this Ecuadorian region. Throughout the tour, hear about the winery's history and gain insight into the steps involved in producing wine. This blend of tradition and innovation leads to the creation of remarkable wines.
The visit will proceed inside the winery, where you will encounter the barrels used for aging wines. Discover the different types of wood that are utilized for each barrel, as different wines are aged differently.
Concluding after 3 hours, you will have the opportunity to sample four distinct Ecuadorian wines crafted at the Dos Hemisferios Winery. The tasting will include varieties like Bruma Sauvignon, Enigma, Travesía Cabernet Sauvignon, and Paradoja, paired with a selection of local snacks.
Tour with Lunch + Premium Tasting (7 hours)
This option follows the same itinerary as the previous tour, enhanced with a delightful three-course lunch that varies according to seasonal and availability considerations. The Premium tasting includes a selection of Bruma Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Enigma, Travesía Cabernet Sauvignon, and Paradoja.
Tour with Lunch + Ultrapremium Tasting (7 hours)
Selecting this option will provide the same guided experience and lunch as the previous choice. The key distinction lies in the Ultrapremium tasting, where you will savor the following wines: Enigma, Paradoja, Cautivo, and Tomás Carlos.
