Your journey begins with a pickup from your hotel in San Ramon at 8 am, setting off towards the northern region of Junin province.

Our ultimate destination is the celebrated Rainforest farm, known for its organic coffee production. Interestingly, this is also where Misha coffee is produced, fetching prices that can exceed 1000 dollars per kilo!

Upon your arrival at the farm, you'll be greeted with a steaming cup of aromatic coffee or a delightful ice cream treat. Following the warm welcome, we will embark on a guided tour of the area dedicated to the production of compost for the crops, where you'll gain insights into the advantages of this organic material.

Next, we will head to the Misha Conservation Centre, where you'll learn about the dedicated efforts of the caretakers who look after the small mammals involved in the production of the most expensive coffee in the world. Are you curious about how this process works? Let’s find out together!

Afterward, you'll have some free time for lunch before we continue exploring the diverse crops of coffee, pineapple, and medicinal plants across the farm, gaining knowledge about their cultivation methods which ensure the products are entirely organic and healthy.

As the day draws to a close, we will return to San Ramon, arriving back at your hotel around 6 pm.
