Day Trip Details
The adventure begins with a pick-up from your accommodation in San Salvador. Once aboard our vehicle, you will receive an English audio guide as we depart the capital and head towards the Pacific coastline. Get ready to discover the highlights of El Salvador in just one day!
Our journey starts at El Tunco Beach, where you'll enjoy 3 hours of leisure time. Feel free to swim in the ocean, relax on the beach, or sample the delightful local dishes. Next, we will proceed to El Boquerón National Park, home to the San Salvador Volcano. Once we gear up, we will ascend towards the crater. Did you know its diameter exceeds 1 kilometre (0.62 miles)? Be sure to capture images of the scenic caldera and its breathtaking surroundings!
Afterward, we will regroup and continue to San Salvador. This dynamic little capital will invite us to wander through its charming historic streets. Along the way, we will see the National Palace, Metropolitan Cathedral, National Theatre, and El Rosario Church. The audio guide will provide insights into these historic structures.
