We will convene at the specified time on 25 Imeldo Serís Street, where La Cuadra del Palmero, an historical Canarian home turned restaurant, awaits. This venue, located centrally in Santa Cruz de Tenerife, offers a charming atmosphere steeped in history.

Your journey begins with a brief guided tour of the house, featuring decor that pays homage to the diverse islands of the Canary archipelago. The establishment boasts three levels, multiple lounges, a lovely patio, and a notable carving of the Virgin of Our Lady of the Snows, the revered patroness of La Palma.

Following the tour, prepare to indulge in three exquisite Canarian wines with Designation of Origin (DO). Enjoy notable selections including the fruity white Flor de Chasna, the classic white Viña Zanata, and the red Marba, representing the Tacoronte-Acentejo DO of Tenerife.

Each wine will be complemented by an array of culinary offerings: grilled goat cheese drizzled with gofio and honey, Canarian-style tortilla with almogrote, wrinkled potatoes served with mojo, and a petite sandwich of black pork garnished with mojo. Vegetarian participants can opt for roasted eggplant sweetened with palm honey. To conclude this delightful tasting, an additional Canarian cheese will be served.
