During this boat excursion in Portofino, embark on a scenic adventure across the Gulf of Tigullio, unveiling some of Liguria's most stunning coastal landscapes. Experience the allure of steep cliffs, secluded coves, and breathtaking crystal-clear waters that make this journey truly memorable.

Boat Ride Overview

At the appointed time, we will gather at the Molo Maloncello, situated in Santa Margherita Ligure. Once aboard, our nautical journey across the Ligurian Sea will commence. Let’s set sail!

Throughout the experience, you’ll have access to an engaging audioguide in English, providing intriguing narratives and stories about the landmarks we encounter. Our first stop will be the Portofino Lighthouse, a beloved landmark of this picturesque fishing village. Here, you'll soak in stunning views of the coastline that will leave you in awe.

As we navigate on, our destination will be Punta del Vessinaro, leading us toward the Baia di San Fruttuoso. This bay is home to a remarkable abbey nestled between the sea and mountains, showcasing exquisite architecture.

The waters surrounding San Fruttuoso are also known for housing the renowned Christ of the Abyss, an underwater statue of Jesus Christ positioned at a depth of 17 meters (55 feet). We will pause here, allowing you to take a refreshing swim, and snorkeling masks will be provided for you to explore the incredible seabed.

On our return journey, we will pass by the Church of San Giorgio, perched on a cliff and offering breathtaking views of the Mediterranean. Next, we will head to the Baia di Paraggi, famous for its stunning golden sands and turquoise waters.

We will also explore hidden gems such as Baia Cannone and La Olivetta, two tranquil coves that invite you to immerse yourself in the beauty of pristine nature.

Ultimately, after 1.5 hours of delightful sailing, we will make our way back to our original departure point.
