Bonda Buggy Tour

Experience the thrill of nature combined with excitement in this buggy tour through Bonda. Navigate rugged paths while soaking in the stunning flora of the Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta.

Activity Overview

We'll begin by picking you up from your hotel in Santa Marta at the scheduled time and transporting you to Bonda, located approximately 10 km (6 mi) from the city. The adventure awaits!

Upon arrival, we will equip you with safety gear and conduct a brief orientation before the tour. You will then be assigned a buggy, marking the start of our journey. Our first visit will be to the Bonda church, where a tale of the village’s rich history and charming architecture awaits your discovery.

Continuing on, we'll venture into the Paso del Mango, traversing dirt roads that reveal breathtaking rural panoramas, showcasing the mountains and dense tropical surroundings of the Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta. A short break here will provide a perfect opportunity for photos, capturing the beauty of the moment!

The next highlight will be the Pozo del Amor, a serene spot where you can unwind in the clear waters for thirty minutes. Choose to take a refreshing swim or simply enjoy the tranquil landscape while listening to the local legends associated with this enchanting well.

Following our time at the Pozo del Amor, we'll head to the Hotel Club Sierra Limón to enjoy a traditional Colombian Caribbean lunch. Afterward, you will have approximately 1.5 hours of leisure time to relish the hotel’s amenities, including the swimming pool, hammocks, and ample green spaces.

As the day comes to a close, we will return to Bonda to conclude our buggy experience and transport you back to your accommodation, completing a total journey of 6 hours.

Prerequisites for Participation

• A valid driver's license and being over 18 years of age are required to operate the buggy.
• Children aged 6 to 17 and those without a license can only join as passengers.
