Your journey begins with a pickup from your accommodation. You'll board a comfortable car or minibus, enabling you to enjoy the scenic ride along the picturesque Colombian Caribbean coast, which takes approximately 4 hours.

On the way, there will be a brief stop at a gas station in Barranquilla, where you can take a restroom break and grab a bite to eat before resuming your trip.

Upon arrival in Cartagena de Indias, immerse yourself in the vibrant streets of the historic walled city, a designated UNESCO World Heritage Site. Iconic landmarks await, including Plaza de Santo Domingo and Plaza de Bolívar, as well as the impressive San Felipe de Barajas Castle.

If your destination is Santa Marta, be sure to visit the Quinta de San Pedro Alejandrino, the historic estate where Simón Bolívar spent his final days, nestled among ancient trees and beautiful gardens. Also, explore the Old Town, filled with picturesque colonial-style plazas.

When making your reservation, you will choose from three available options:

• One-way to Cartagena de Indias: we will pick you up from your hotel in Santa Marta and transport you to the center of Cartagena de Indias. Please note that pickups in the Taganga or Minca areas are not permitted; arrangements can be made for pickup at the Mamatoco gas station for those in those locations.
• One-way to Santa Marta: this option involves pickup from your hotel in Cartagena de Indias, taking you to your accommodation in Santa Marta. Note that pickups are limited to hotels in Bocagrande or Manzanillo; if you're not in those areas, we can arrange pickup at the Torre del Reloj monument.
• Round-trip transfer: this comprehensive option provides transportation to and from your chosen destination based on your booking preferences.

Departure Times

You can select the departure time that best suits your schedule when booking:

• For transfers from Santa Marta to Cartagena de Indias, you can choose either 5 am or 2 pm.
• If you're opting for the transfer from Cartagena de Indias to Santa Marta, the pickup can be arranged at either 10 am or 6 pm.
• For the round-trip option, the same schedules apply, meaning if you depart Santa Marta at 5 am, you can choose to return from Cartagena at either 10 am or 6 pm.
