When placing your order, you can select from three service options:
- One-way to Tayrona National Park: We will collect you from your hotel in Santa Marta and transport you to the park. Please note that pickup is unavailable in Taganga or Minca; those guests should meet at the Mamatoco gas station.
- One-way to Santa Marta: Here, we will meet you at the entrance of Tayrona National Park and drive you back to your hotel in Santa Marta.
- Round-trip transport: The most comprehensive choice, enabling round trips from the designated meeting point you select at booking.
Scheduled Departures
During booking, you can select a pickup time that fits your needs based on your chosen option:
- For transport from Santa Marta to Tayrona National Park, pickups are available at 6 am, 10 am, or 2 pm.
- For transport from Tayrona National Park to Santa Marta, pickups can be scheduled at 8 am, 12 pm, or 4 pm.
- If you choose the round-trip service, the same schedule applies. For example, departing Santa Marta at 6 am allows for returns from Tayrona National Park at 8 am, 12 pm, or 4 pm.
Children Under 3
Children under the age of 3 can ride free of charge but must sit on the lap of a parent or guardian during the journey.

On the day of the activity, we'll pick you up at your chosen time from your hotel in Santa Marta. We recommend being ready 15 minutes in advance.
Please note that hotel pickup is not included for hotels in Taganga or Minca. If you are staying in these areas, we'll pick you up at your chosen time at the Mamatoco gas station, located at: Diagonal 39, Transversal 6 #6 35, Santa Marta, Magdalena, Colombia. If you have chosen the route from Tayrona Park to Santa Marta, we'll pick you up at your chosen time at the park entrance.
In any case, the local team will get in touch with you the day before the activity to confirm all the pickup details and schedules.
