Mysteries Walking Tour with Traditional Galician Dinner
Description
As darkness envelops Santiago de Compostela, the atmosphere shifts into a captivating realm. Experience the enigmas of Santiago through this complimentary tour that features a traditional Galician meal along with the delightful queimada beverage.
Tour Overview
We will gather at the appointed time in the Plaza del Obradoiro, just outside the Reyes Catolicos hostel, kicking off our hour-and-a-half walking adventure into Santiago's fascinating witchcraft history.
As the sun sets, casting a stunning warm red hue over Santiago de Compostela, we will wander the historic streets to unveil the myths and secrets of the city.
The thrilling tales we explore will surely ignite your hunger. Hence, we will pause for a traditional Galician dinner in Santiago's old quarter. Savor the famous octopus, a local favorite, alongside other dishes like 'raxo', which consists of meat tacos paired with potatoes. A selection of beverages, including beer, wine, water, and soft drinks, will be available.
Following dinner, we'll call upon the spirits of Galicia with a traditional queimada, participating in a ritual that entails performing an 'esconxuro' summoning while preparing a drink made from 'aguardiente' liquor and various ingredients.
The exploration of Santiago de Compostela's mysteries will conclude after a total of 5 hours.
