The Querebús offers a convenient and enjoyable means to explore the key attractions within the UNESCO World Heritage-listed historic center of Querétaro. This experience is not to be missed!

Itinerary

We will start our journey at the scheduled time in the Jardín de la Corregidora, centrally located in Santiago de Querétaro. Once we gather, we will embark on the Querebús, which provides a panoramic view of the historic district, unfolding a narrative rich in history and culture over a comfortable hour.

Initially, we will visit the Templo de San Antonio de Padua, recognized as one of the oldest colonial structures in the city. Following that, we will admire the Monumento al Apóstol Santiago el Mayor situated on the Cerro del Sangremal. Established in 1996, this monument commemorates the founding of the city while we uncover the tale of how the municipality embraced its historic title of Santiago de Querétaro.

Our next stop will be the Santuario y Convento de la Santa Cruz de los Milagros, where we will pause for about 15 minutes to appreciate one of Querétaro's significant churches up close.

Continuing on the Querebús, we will pass by the Plaza de los Fundadores and the Querétaro Aqueduct, affectionately known as Los Arcos, a true symbol of the city. Throughout our journey, our guide will share captivating insights about each landmark we encounter.

As we near the conclusion of our tour, we will enjoy sights such as the Fuente del Ahorcado, the Alameda Hidalgo, and the Plaza de la Constitución, culminating with the Templo de San Francisco de Asís, which is essential to the understanding of the area's historical, economic, and religious evolution.

The tour will conclude at the final church after approximately 1 hour of exploration.
