Activity Details
Are you ready for an exciting day filled with adventure? We will convene in front of the Sundial in Santo Domingo's Colonial Area. Our journey begins as we head north for just over an hour, arriving at the picturesque rural setting of Villa Altagracia.
Upon arrival, we’ll be greeted at a local farm where preparations for our adventure will begin. You’ll receive essential safety guidelines, the required gear, and soon, we’ll mount the quads. Once the engines roar to life, get ready to experience the exhilaration of navigating dirt and muddy paths, riding through trails enveloped by palm trees, coffee plantations, and stunning mountain vistas.
Throughout the journey, we’ll pause at various points to appreciate the local rural lifestyle of Villa Altagracia, taking breaks in the cool shade of trees and enjoying refreshing drinks at charming local spots if you wish.
The excitement of the ride blends seamlessly with the serenity of nature as we traverse small streams and tackle sections that promise an adventurous spirit. The pinnacle of the adventure will be when we take a moment away from the quads to take a dip in the El Charco River.
Once revitalized from this refreshing experience, a delightful countryside lunch will await us by the riverside. Together, we’ll prepare a traditional dish of rice with chorizo and spices, embodying Dominican cultural heritage, accompanied by soft drinks and fresh water.
After refueling our energy, we’ll hop back onto the quads to make our way back to the farm. Following this, we’ll embark on the journey back to Santo Domingo, wrapping up a fulfilling 6-hour adventure at our point of departure.
