Your adventure begins at the agreed meeting point on Calle Trajano in Seville, where from there, we'll travel to a family-run winery. This is where the captivating story of Andalusian wine unfolds.
Accompanied by a knowledgeable oenologist, we'll enter the estate and dive into the intricate world of local winemaking. Discover the fascinating process of grape harvesting, the extraction of the juice, and how fermentation transforms it into a remarkable product over the years.
Once familiar with the detailed winemaking process, it’s time to sample three exceptional wines crafted at the winery. You’ll learn how to discern the flavors and characteristics that make each variety distinct and special. Following this enriching experience, we’ll conclude our time at the winery and make our way back to Seville.
The excursion wraps up as we return to our original meeting point after a journey lasting approximately 4 hours.
