Details of the Day Trip

At the designated time, we will collect you from your hotel in Side and embark on our journey to Alanya, a renowned coastal locale along the Anatolian coastline. Our trip will include a brief stop at a banana plantation where you can gain insight into this local agricultural staple.

Our first destination will be Alanya Castle, a historical medieval stronghold dating from the 13th century. Here, we will spend approximately 45 minutes exploring its majestic structure, which not only served as a fortress but also provides visitors with breathtaking views of Alanya’s beaches and old town. It’s a sight to behold!

The following stop is the remarkable Damlata? Cave, celebrated for its striking stalactites and stalagmites. Many believe this cave carries healing properties for conditions like asthma; we’ll delve into this intriguing notion during our visit!

After about 45 minutes spent discovering the caves, we will proceed to Cleopatra Beach, one of the Turkish Riviera's most famous shores. It’s said that Cleopatra herself enjoyed the crystalline waters here. Following this, we will make our way to the port of Alanya for a delightful one-hour boat ride. Onboard, we will spot historical landmarks such as the Red Tower, remnants of the Seljuk Castle from the 13th century, and various caves enriched with tales of pirates and folklore.

Post-cruise, we will resume our journey towards the Dim River, a splendid spot for unwinding. Here, you can savor a traditional Turkish lunch at a floating restaurant, which offers choices like grilled chicken, fish, or a vegetarian dish. Surrounded by cool waters and lush shade, this is the perfect retreat from the sun.
