Make sure to explore the world's largest glass greenhouse, where you will come across baobabs, bottle trees, an astonishing mountain rising to 35 meters (115 ft), and a plant-based replica of the Eiffel Tower—a truly unique experience in Singapore!
Ticket Options
When reserving your entry, you can choose from three different ticket types. Here are the details of each option:
Greenhouse Ticket
This ticket grants you entry to two of the garden's most striking attractions: the magnificent Cloud Forest, featuring the highest indoor waterfall, and the Flower Dome, recognized as the largest glass greenhouse globally.
Additionally, you can visit the Jurassic World: The Experience exhibit, which brings the cinematic adventure to life through 13 immersive zones showcasing life-sized animatronic dinosaurs, including a towering Brachiosaurus and an up-close interaction with a T-Rex, along with a nursery for baby dinosaurs.
Greenhouse + Supertree Observatory
This option allows you to enjoy the Jurassic World: The Experience, including visits to the Cloud Forest and the Flower Dome.
Furthermore, you will gain access to the iconic Supertree Observatory. Here, you can appreciate breathtaking views of the botanical garden and Singapore's bay from the heights of one of the towering Supertrees.
If you choose the Greenhouse + Supertree Observatory option, please remember to visit it on the same day of your booking between 9 am and 4 pm.
Greenhouse + Floral Fantasy
This ticket provides a comprehensive botanical adventure at the Gardens by the Bay. It includes access to the two main greenhouses, the Cloud Forest and the Flower Dome (which features the Jurassic World: The Experience exhibit), as well as the chance to explore Floral Fantasy.
Floral Fantasy presents a captivating blend of floral displays, technology, and artistry, immersing you in a realm of vibrant hues and delightful fragrances. You can visit this enchanting area anytime during the validity of your ticket.
Additional Info
It is important to note that visits to the Cloud Forest and the Flower Dome must take place on the same day. Once you leave these areas, re-entry is not permitted. Food and drinks are also not allowed within these locations.

Temporary Closures
Certain maintenance activities may lead to the closure of the Flower Dome and the Cloud Forest once a month. However, closures are scheduled so that one of these areas will always remain accessible.
Please be aware that the greenhouses and Floral Fantasy may also undergo monthly maintenance, so it is advisable to check the official website for specific closure dates before your visit.

The gardens are open daily from 9 am to 8 pm, barring any maintenance-related closures.

Important information
A few hours after booking, you'll receive your voucher from the local provider Be My Guest in PDF format. If you do not receive this within 72 hours, we recommend writing us through our contact form. On the day of the activity, you must present your printed voucher.
You'll need to present your voucher at the Gardens by the Bay ticket office, located at 18 Marina Gardens Drive, Singapore, 018953.

- If you choose the option of the Greenhouse + Supertree Observatory, please note that you'll need to visit it on the same day of your booking between 9 am and 4 pm.
- Some areas of the gardens will be temporarily closed for maintenance, but this never affects the entirety of the gardens.
- The gardens are open from 9 am to 8 pm. Please note that these hours are subject to change.
- If you've selected the ticket option with an audio guide, please note that it is only available in English and Chinese.
- If you've selected theGreenhouse + Supertree Observatory, you will only be able to visit the observatory from 9 am to 4 pm.
