Operating Hours
The observation deck at the Marina Bay Sands Hotel welcomes visitors daily from 11 am to 9 pm. While booking, you will have the option to select from the following ticket categories:
- Entry until 4 pm
- Entry after 5 pm
Upon choosing your ticket type, you may then specify a time slot that best fits your schedule.
Combine Marina Bay Sands with Gardens by the Bay
An excellent addition to your experience is the opportunity to explore the Gardens by the Bay, a renowned attraction in Singapore.
This vast, beautifully landscaped area invites you to wander through various themed gardens featuring flora from Malaysia, China, and the Indian Ocean. Be sure to visit the Flower Dome, where you can discover a variety of botanical species from South Africa, California, and Italy.
Moreover, the gardens include the Cloud Forest, home to the tallest indoor waterfall globally.
Keep in mind that this combined option allows a maximum of 6 guests per reservation, and both locations must be visited on the same day. You can access the Gardens by the Bay at any point within their hours of operation, while the entry to Marina Bay Sands will be restricted to your chosen time slot.

Important information
A few hours after booking, you will receive the voucher from our provider Be my Guest in PDF format. If for any reason you do not receive it within 72 hours, we recommend that you contact us via our contact form. On the day of the activity, you must present the printed voucher.
Marina Bay Sands
To access the observation deck, you will need to redeem your voucher at the ticket office outside Tower 3 of the Marina Bay Sands Hotel (Hotel Tower 3 Exterior, Marina Bay Sands Singapore, 10 Bayfront Ave, Singapore 018956).
Please note that you should check the official website for closing dates before your visit.
Gardens by the Bay
You will need to present it at the ticket office of Gardens by the Bay located at 18 Marina Gardens Dr, Singapore 018953.
- Some areas of the garden will be temporarily closed for renovation, but this will not affect the entire site.
- The gardens are open from 9 am to 8 pm. Please note that these hours are subject to change.
Important Info
If you book the Marina Bay Sands + Gardens by the Bay ticket, you'll have to visit both sites on the same day. You can visit the Gardens by the Bay at any time during their opening hours. Access to Marina Bay Sands, however, will be limited to the selected time slot.
