Plitvice Lakes Entry Tickets
Gain access to the Plitvice Lakes, a remarkable natural setting that stands out as one of Croatia’s premier national parks. This destination truly resembles a living dream.
Upon arrival, you will be enveloped by a diverse landscape of beech, pine, and fir trees, which are home to a variety of wildlife, including wolves, brown bears, lynxes, and eagles. It is a remarkable haven!
Venture along the wooden pathways that meander through 16 tiered lakes boasting almost one hundred waterfalls and cascades. Here, you will explore a distinctive ecosystem where minerals naturally build up millimeter by millimeter each year.
The water's color shifts with the sunlight and mineral content, transforming between various hues of turquoise, emerald green, and grey.
Some lakes bear names that are both unique and challenging to pronounce, such as Okrugljak, Kalu?erova, and Proš?ansko jezero, each intertwined with ancient tales that contribute to the park’s unique character. The nearly 30,000 hectares (about 74,131 acres) of this site have earned designation as a World Heritage Site.
