We'll gather at the designated meeting point at Kungsbro Strand, from where a minibus will transport us to the scenic outskirts of the city. Weather permitting, our ice skating adventure may take place on the Baltic Sea, Lake Mälaren, or a charming small frozen lake nearby. Regardless of the location, it promises to be an extraordinary experience!

Prior to hitting the ice, we will provide instructions on the proper techniques that will help you ease into this enjoyable Nordic pastime. You may be surprised to learn that Stockholm is recognized as one of the premier destinations for novice skaters.

Once you're equipped with the basics, it will be time to glide across the icy surface. Although maintaining balance may be challenging at first, you'll quickly find your footing and delight in the stunning winter landscape that unfolds around you.

A break will be taken for a well-earned picnic featuring hot beverages. We'll gather around a campfire to share stories about Stockholm's winter wonderland. Afterward, you’ll have additional time to refine your skating abilities.

This immersive 6-hour experience will conclude as we make our way back to central Stockholm.

Who can take part in this class?

The ice skating lesson is suitable for those with little to no prior experience or individuals who haven’t skated in some time. For those already familiar with skating and seeking a greater challenge, we suggest considering the ice skating experience option.
