Bird Watching Adventure in Trollfjord

Thirty minutes prior to your selected departure time, we will convene at Sjømannsgata, located near Svolvær harbour. Here, we’ll board our vessel and venture into the Norwegian fjords to witness the diverse wildlife that populates the Trollfjord region.

The adventure kicks off as we navigate the waters surrounding Svolvær, with our captain sharing engaging insights about the local ecology. It’s noteworthy that many artists and writers have drawn inspiration from this breathtaking environment.

As we close in on the stunning Trollfjord, our eyes will be peeled for one of its most magnificent inhabitants, the sea eagle. Recognized as the largest eagle species in Northern Europe, witnessing it glide through the skies is truly a sight to behold. With a bit of luck, we might also catch glimpses of whales, seals, and basking sharks.

Following our exploration of Trollfjord by boat, we will return to our original meeting point, concluding our experience two hours after setting out.
