We'll head towards Paraisópolis, recognized as the second-largest favela in the city. Once we arrive, we will embark on a 3-hour guided journey through the winding streets of the community, where you'll discover insights into the local way of life, customs, traditions, and the vibrant community spirit.

As part of our exploration, a visit to Berbela's mechanical workshop is on the agenda. Here, this talented artist creatively transforms discarded items and motorcycle parts into impressive sculptures.

Moreover, we will encounter one of the area’s most remarkable sites, Estevão's Stone House, crafted by Estevão, often referred to as the Gaudí of Paraisópolis. We will meander through rooms adorned with an array of gathered items such as cups, saucers, and dishes, all integrated into the house's unique architecture.

Feeling hungry? After our walk through the vibrant streets, we'll arrive at the cozy Bistro Mãos de Maria, situated atop a community center within the favela. It’s time to taste some authentic feijoada! This traditional dish features beans and salted pork, typically paired with rice and oranges.

Spending 6 hours immersing yourself in an alternative narrative of São Paulo, we will conclude the experience by returning you to your hotel around 3 pm.
