Our adventure begins at 9 am when we will meet you at your hotel. Did you know that the origins of Brazilian football trace back to Sao Paulo? Throughout this tour, we will trace the paths of renowned athletes like Roberto Carlos and Marcos Evangelista "Cafú", who have graced these sites on their way to international stardom.
The first destination will be the Cícero Pompeu Stadium in Toledo, also known as the Morumbi Stadium. This venue stands as the largest in the city and ranks as the third largest in Brazil, accommodating up to 80,000 fans. It is home to one of the prominent local clubs, Sao Paulo FC. Alongside Corinthians and Palmeiras, these teams form the legendary Sao Paulo Iron Trio.
Inside the stadium, we will explore the playing field, the seating areas, and the players' locker rooms. Additionally, a visit to the Trophy Room and the Athletes' Memorial will be included.
Our next stop is the Football Museum, nestled within the Pacaembu Stadium, renowned for hosting World Cup finals. Here, we will embark on a thorough journey through Brazil's football history and examine its significance to the nation's cultural identity.
After delving into the fascinating tales of Brazilian football culture, the tour will conclude around 2 pm with a return to your hotel.
