Terminal 2: Daily from 4:30 am to 10 pm

Buses typically depart every 15 to 30 minutes.

The bus service to Ximending is accessible on the same day your ticket is valid and runs from 11:30 am to 6:00 pm, with departures every 30 minutes from East Exit 3 at the train station.

Important information

On the day of your travels, you must redeem the voucher you receive over email in exchange for physical tickets at one of the following points:

The B1 arrival hall of Terminal 1 at Taoyuan Airport, between 7:00 am and 2:00 am
The 1F arrival hall of Terminal 2 at Taoyuan Airport, between 4:30 am and 10 pm
The Taipei Train Station: open 24 hours

Ticket Validity

The outbound ticket must be used on the day you receive the physical tickets, while the return ticket will remain valid for the following 6 months. Your tickets can only be used once.
