This beginner diving course offers the chance to discover the fundamentals of diving while exploring the fascinating seabed at the southernmost tip of continental Europe, located within the Natural Park of the Strait.

If you are interested in learning how to dive in Tarifa, your adventure begins at the Hotel Tarifa Lances, where we will gather at the scheduled time to kick off the class.

The journey starts with a 30-minute theoretical lesson covering the use of diving gear and essential safety precautions. Equipped with this foundational knowledge, we will then don our wetsuits and perform our initial dive in the hotel pool.

Following our pool session, we'll board a minibus heading to the island of Tarifa for a diving excursion in the Natural Park of the Strait of Gibraltar. This is the perfect opportunity to apply what you've learned! The conditions here are ideal for novice divers, with minimal currents and excellent visibility in the waters.

During the dive, we will explore depths ranging from 16.5 to 19.5 ft (5 to 6 meters), allowing us to familiarize ourselves with the unique marine environment of the Strait. Expect to encounter coral formations, schools of fish, octopuses, and a variety of other marine species while diving between the Atlantic Ocean and the Mediterranean Sea!

Upon conclusion of the diving experience, we will return to our meeting point, wrapping up the activity after a total duration of 3.5 hours.
