Experience the rich heritage of the ancient world with this excursion that leads you to the sacred landmarks of Jerusalem and the city of Bethlehem, revered as the birthplace of Christ.

Day Trip to Jerusalem and Bethlehem

Your journey begins around seven in the morning when we will collect you from your hotel, and within approximately one hour, you will arrive at the venerated city of Jerusalem.

Our first stop will be Mount Scopus, where you can take in breathtaking vistas of the city.  Subsequently, we will proceed to explore the Garden of Gethsemane, the Church of All Nations, and the Kidron Valley, each with a profound historical significance in the narrative of Jerusalem.

Next, we navigate to the Jewish quarter to explore the Western Wall and delve into the rich history of the ancient Jerusalem temple, along with HaKardo, a historic Roman roadway.

Within the Christian quarter, we will walk along the Via Dolorosa leading to the Church of the Holy Sepulchre. Here, you will encounter remarkable artistic expressions dedicated to the trials and resurrection of Christ.

Upon concluding our exploration of Jerusalem, we will reboard the bus and travel to Bethlehem, where we will visit Manger Square, a historic site of the adoration of the Magi who followed the star from the East. Adjacent to this square lies the Basilica of the Nativity, which houses an underground cave marking the birth site of Jesus.

After our time in Bethlehem, we will begin the return journey to your hotel in Tel Aviv, arriving around 5:15 pm.

• To enter Bethlehem, it is mandatory to carry a valid passport.
• This trip departs from Tel Aviv; however, there is also an alternative option for those staying in Jerusalem to join the same tour departing from the city.
