Private Tigre Delta Boat Ride
Description
Experience a unique perspective of one of Buenos Aires' key natural preserves with our boat journey through the Tigre Delta. Meander through its winding rivers and tributaries while appreciating the charming island architecture.
Activity Overview
The Tigre Delta is among the most stunning natural reserves located in the northern part of Buenos Aires. To delve into its beauty, consider embarking on a boat excursion. At the designated time, we will convene at the Amarras del Norte pier where we will board our vessel to navigate the Luján River.
With our departure, we’ll transition into the heart of the Tigre Delta, a landscape filled with islands and waterways that captivates visitors with its scenic views and unique homes only reachable by waterway. Our journey will take us to the Sarmiento River, home to the renowned Casa Museo de Domingo F. Sarmiento. Curious about his significance? We will share insights about his role in Argentine education!
Our journey continues with a private boat cruise along the Espera stream, one of the less frequented areas of the Tigre Delta, celebrated for showcasing the region’s biodiversity. We will proceed through additional waterways, including Rama Negra and Capitán, perfect for capturing stunning images of the traditional riverside homes dotting the scenery.
As we progress, refreshments will be served onboard, and we will schedule a 20-minute pause at Monte Blanco reserve to maximize your experience. Following this brief stop, we will resume our explorations, returning through alternate routes back to the starting pontoon.
Three hours later, we will conclude our tour at the original meeting point in Tigre.
