Rappelling Adventure at Tambillo Waterfalls

Your journey begins with a pick-up from your hotel in Tingo María at 8 am, followed by a short 25-minute drive to Tambillo, a picturesque area in the district of the same name. Once we arrive, the real exploration of the jungle kicks off.

Embarking on a three-hour trek, you will navigate streams, rivers, and waterfalls as you venture into the depths of the Peruvian jungle. Equipped with harnesses, you'll enjoy the thrill of rappelling down several waterfalls, adding excitement to your journey.

The marked route will lead you through the ravine until you reach the spectacular Velo de las Ninfas waterfall, where a natural pool with clear waters awaits your arrival. Take a moment to unwind and refresh in this serene environment, surrounded by vibrant flora—an ideal way to recuperate after an adventurous hike!

At the conclusion of the tour, we will make our way back to the town of Tambillo Grande, where your transport will be ready to return you to Tingo María. Expect to arrive at your accommodation around 2 pm.
