At your chosen time, we will convene at the A Casa José Saramago museum, situated in the municipality of Tías, Lanzarote.

Throughout the guided exploration, you will wander through the various rooms of the residence that housed the Portuguese novelist for the last 18 years of his life. The author described his home as "a house made of books". Are you prepared to delve into this literary haven?

As you navigate through the study, encounter photos of family, admired authors by Saramago, and even the Nobel Prize award itself. You'll also have a chance to view the bedroom where he lived until 2010, in addition to the living area, kitchen, and garden. Offering breathtaking vistas of the sea and the unique volcanic landscape, it’s no wonder Saramago found solace and inspiration in this picturesque garden!
